Polygel Dual is a combination of antacids, sodium alginate, and simethicone used to alleviate heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, upset stomach, and stomach discomfort due to excess gas.

Who should not use Polygel Dual?

People with allergies to Polygel Dual ingredients, kidney disease, or low phosphate levels should not use it.

It can be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but consult your doctor or pharmacist first.

How should I take Polygel Dual?

Shake well before use and take by mouth. Adults and children over 12: 10-20 ml, 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day. Children 6-12 years old: 5-10 ml, 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

What if I take more than the recommended dose?

It's unlikely to cause serious harm, but you may experience loose stools or constipation. Consult your doctor if this persists.

What if I forget to take a dose?

Don't double the dose, simply take the next one as scheduled.
