Aluminium Hydroxide Gel USP, Magnesium Hydroxide Paste USP, Simethicone USP, Deglycyrrhizinated Liquorice.

How do the active ingredients in Relcer Gel work?

Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium Hydroxide are antacids, Simethicone is an antiflatulent, and Deglycyrrhizinated Liquorice provides gastroprotection.

What are the potential side effects of Relcer Gel?

Constipation, diarrhea, hypermagnesemia, mineralocorticoid effects.

Are there any drug interactions with Relcer Gel?

Interacts with numerous medications by altering gastric pH, emptying, and forming complexes that aren't absorbed.

Are there any specific precautions for using Relcer Gel?

Not recommended for individuals with renal impairment, geriatric patients with renal impairment or Alzheimer's disease, pregnant and lactating women, children, patients with porphyria.

How is Relcer Gel administered and what is the recommended dosage?

One to two teaspoonfuls (5-10 ml) after each meal and at bedtime. Not suitable for use in children or patients with renal impairment.
