For mild to moderate infections: One 375 mg tablet every 8 hours for five days, or 625mg every 12 hours. For severe infections: 625 mg every 8 hours or 1g every 12 hours. Follow physician's instructions.

Individuals with allergies to penicillins or cephalosporins, previous Aquaclav-associated jaundice/hepatic dysfunction, or infectious mononucleosis.
Caution in patients with hepatic dysfunction, inquire about previous hypersensitivity reactions, monitor renal function in impaired patients, use with caution in patients with syphilis, and be aware of potential drug interactions.
Discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate therapy.
