Each 5ml contains 125mg of Ampicillin and 125mg of Cloxacillin.
Bronchitis, Endocarditis, Biliary Tract Infections, Epiglottitis, Gastro Enteritis (including E. coli Enteritis, Salmonellosis, and Shigellosis), Peritonitis, Otitis Media, Meningitis, Pneumonia, Septicaemia, Gonorrhea, Typhoid and Paratyphoid infection, Urinary Tract Infections, Perinatal Streptococcal Infections, Bone and Joint Infections, Listeriosis, Skin and Soft Tissue Infections, and as a prophylactic in surgery.
Children 2-10 years: 5-10ml every 6 hours. Children 1 month - 2 years: 2.5-5ml every 6 hours.
Skin rashes, gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting), and suprainfection with penicillin-resistant organisms.
Patients with a known hypersensitivity to penicillins, infectious mononucleosis, lymphatic leukemia, HIV infection, or myasthenia gravis. Caution should be exercised in patients with poor renal function.

Ampicillin and Cloxacillin. Cloxacillin targets penicillin-resistant Staphylococci. Ampicillin has a broader spectrum, effective against gram-positive and some gram-negative organisms. The combination overcomes Ampicillin's susceptibility to penicillinase.
0.6-1.0ml every 4-6 hours, orally, half an hour to one hour before feeding, using the calibrated dropper.
