Olfen™M-75 SR is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for treating pain and inflammation in various conditions like rheumatic diseases and painful inflammatory states.
Olfen™M-75 SR should not be taken during the last trimester of pregnancy or while breastfeeding, except with specific doctor's approval.
Dosage is determined by your doctor, but generally, the starting daily dose is 100-150 mg, taken unchewed with liquid, preferably with meals.
Side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach discomfort, skin rash, fluid accumulation, and more severe effects with prolonged high doses like chest pain, shortness of breath, and gastrointestinal ulcers.
Caution is advised for individuals with cardiovascular disease, elderly patients, prolonged use, and in case of infections.
Olfen™M-75 SR may affect reactions, so avoid driving if experiencing dizziness or visual disturbances. Inform your doctor about allergies, other illnesses, and medications. Contact your doctor immediately for severe allergic reactions. Keep out of reach of children and store below 30°C.
Each tablet contains 75 mg of diclofenac sodium.

Olfen™M-75 SR tablets are pink, round, and biconvex prolonged-release tablets, embossed with "75" and "SR." Available in packs of 20, 30, and 100 tablets.
