Eczematous otitis externa with perforated eardrum. Ulcer (Bezet's disease), burn (exceed 2°). Patients who have previously exhibited hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics.

Rarely: Mild to moderate irritation (erythema and pruritus) that usually doesn't require discontinuing treatment. Long-term therapy or occlusive dressings: Hypothalamuspituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression.
