Patients with eczematous otitis externa with a perforated eardrum. Patients with ulcers, burns exceeding second-degree, and chilblains. Patients with hypersensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics.

Propylene glycol may cause hypersensitivity. Avoid long-term continuous therapy. Overgrowth of nonsusceptible organisms may occur with long-term use. Do not use on the ophthalmological field. The safety for pregnant women has not been established.
