Fest Paracetamol Injection contains paracetamol, a pain reliever and fever reducer. It's used when other pain relievers like salicylates or NSAIDs are unsuitable.

- IM: * Adults: 300mg every 4 to 6 hours. * Children under 3 months: 5mg per kg bodyweight. * Children 3 months to 12 years: 30mg to 200mg every 4 to 6 hours, up to 4 times a day. * IV: * Adults: 1g diluted in 100ml 5% Glucose IV solution, up to four times a day. Minimum interval: 4 hours (no liver/kidney problems), 6 hours (impaired liver/kidney function). * Children under 33kg: 15mg/kg per administration (1.5mL/kg), up to four times a day. Minimum interval: 6 hours. * Neonates (<10 days): 7.5mg/kg, up to four times a day.
