What are the contraindications for using KAKA Injection?
- Patients with a known hypersensitivity to the preparation or any of its ingredients. * Patients with severe hepatocellular insufficiency.
Are there any interactions to be aware of when administering KAKA Injection?
- The speed of Paracetamol absorption may be increased by metaclopramide or domperidone. * Colestyramine may reduce the absorption of Paracetamol. * The anticoagulant effect of warfarin and other coumarins may be enhanced by prolonged regular daily use of Paracetamol, increasing the risk of bleeding.

- Exercise caution in patients with asthma, allergic disease, impairment of hepatic or renal function (avoid in patients with severe cirrhotic alcoholic liver disease). * Avoid using KAKA Injection in neonates. * The hazards of overdose are greater in those with dehydration.
