Monoamine oxidase inhibitor therapy intensifies the anticholinergic effects of Chlorpheniramine. Chlorpheniramine inhibits phenytoin metabolism and can lead to Phenytoin toxicity. Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, and psychomotor impairment, which can affect driving and using machinery.
