People with allergies to the active ingredient or other ingredients. Preterm infants or newborns under 2 months old. Pregnant women approaching their due date.
How is Silver Sulphadiazine Cream applied?
Apply with a sterile, gloved hand once or twice daily, covering the area with a 1.5 mm thick layer. Continue application until the burn site heals or is ready for grafting. Apply more frequently in areas where movement could remove the cream.

Common: Burning, itching, rash, skin irritation, skin necrosis, erythema multiforme, skin discoloration, leukopenia. Serious: Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), exfoliative dermatitis, fungal proliferation, hepatitis, hepatocellular necrosis, toxic nephrosis.
